I
encourage anyone who has gone through an abusive guardianship or who
is trying
to survive one right now to create your own website and then link
it to as many similar websites as you can find.
People have to know our elderly and infirm are helpless victims of the
greed of lawyers, banks, and conservators who plunder their innocent prey's nest eggs and enjoy their spoils while their victim's wishes and many times
their victim's very lives are destroyed.
Most people have no idea this predation can happen to the innocent elderly and
infirm, especially our very own
grandparents, parents, disabled children -- certainly not in America (the land
of the free) until it happens to their loved one or to them. And then it's too late. We have to get to
people before it's too late.
People have got to know about the guardianship racket to be outraged about
it.
On this page, I offer to post anyone's story. And, in the interest of
full disclosure, if the guardian has a response, I'll post that too. I believe people are smart enough to figure out the real
truth, so I'll post both sides and let the public decide who to believe.
I also encourage anyone reading these stories to contact the authors and offer
ideas and support. Any idea
you come up with may be the one idea everyone else hasn't thought
of.
I want to add two things in case a guardian or conservator might think these stories could be
used in a slander suit against the authors, First, I offer to print your side as well. No editing ever
(except foul language, of course, will not be tolerated). Let's give people credit enough to figure out the true story, or ask questions of the authors -- or better still,
ask for evidence to support any statement made. And second, as
with my site, these stories are the author's experience, recollection, and opinion. If
anyone would like clarification on a story listed, please contact the
authors for more information. The authors welcome your interest.
